Our office is located in Mallard Creek Village on Almshouse Road just west of the intersection of Second Street Pike (Route 232) and Almshouse Road (Route 332, also called Newtown-Richboro Road). There is ample free parking and wheelchair access to our facilities.
Directions from Newtown, Pennsylvania
- Take Newtown-Richboro Road, Route 332, west, and cross over Second Street Pike.
- Approximately 1/4 mile from this intersection is Mallard Creek Village. Make your first left hand turn into Mallard Creek Village
- Our office is located in the second section of the main building and is located between Lauren R. Kolber, M.D. (Dermatology) and Remax Realtors. The suite number is 202B but this is not easily seen. The sign above the office says "Scott R. Zeigen, M.D. Eye Physician & Surgeon."

Directions from Southampton, Huntingdon Valley and similar locations
- Take Second Street Pike (also called Huntingdon Pike in Montgomery County) north until it intersects with Bustleton Pike in Richboro near the Crossroads Shopping Plaza where Superfresh is located. At this light make a left hand turn to continue on Second Street Pike .
- Approximately 3/4 mile later you come to the light where Almshouse Road intersects with Second Street Pike. Make a left hand turn onto Almshouse Road (the old Spread Eagle Inn is on this corner, as well as Exxon and Sunoco gas stations).
- Approximately 1/4 mile from this intersection is Mallard Creek Village. Make your first left hand turn into Mallard Creek Village
